Tool Setter Roles and Responsibilities:

• Set machines and ensure accurate first-off approval and last-off inspection

This role is a field based role with a company van provided for travel. Occasionally, you may be required to work in other parts of the UK!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all company installations and serviced equipment represent good reference sites
• Optimise the performance of new installation equipment and existing assets as part of continuing new product provision and service and support to end users
• Undertake final testing and commissioning of installations in relation to new and existing equipment
• Carry out service work on company equipment and ancillary equipment including works on company control systems

Ideal Candidate:

Working Hours and Benefits:

• Monday – Friday: 7:00am to 15:30pm (Overtime available)

• Single Piece assembly to defined procedures and story boards. This could be part of flow line practices or sub-assemblies for other products

Machine Shop Team Leader Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing colleagues working shift patterns ensuring that the business is delivering a high level of Machine shop performance to achieve business KPIs
• Ensure that all risk and COSHH assessments are in place and up to date and that employees are informed of, and understand, those which are relevant to their area of responsibility

Assistant Engineering Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Engineering Manager in the management of the Service Engineers, ensuring all site works are quoted and completed in a safe, timely manner on budget

• The role involves 12 hour day and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays as required

• Carry out hands-on assembly and preparation of mould tools for production and development trials
• Plan and perform tool trials to validate tooling performance, process capability, and product quality
• Record, analyse, and report trial results, identifying improvements and implementing corrective actions where required

Production Engineer Additional Skills and Attributes:

• Mechanical qualifications (minimum NVQ Level 3 or BTEC)
• Hands-on Mechanical background
• Familiarity with Quality Management processes, such as CAPA and Non-conformances
• Self-motivated with good time management and reliability
• Able to build professional relationships and work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and maintains a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Committed to ongoing learning and personal development
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement

Production Engineer Working Hours and Benefits:

• Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm
• Friday 8 am to 3 pm
• Training provided
