Candidates for permanent positions
If you are a candidate looking for employment, the information we store and process about you is:
- your contact information (name, email address and telephone number)
- the information contained in your CV.
You provide us with this when you register / submit your CV via our website https://www.jackiekerrrecruitment.com/register.aspx, email us directly or via a third party job site.
We share your details with prospective employers only when they express interest in talking with you further about the position. Ahead of then we send an anonymised version of the information we have about you.
Until you have found a permanent position we will use your contact information to communicate with you about positions available and also check we have the most up to date information about you.
We retain your information only as long as required. This is
- for communicating with you until you find a placement, when you no longer wish to hear from us we rely on you to tell us so and, when you do, we will mark your record accordingly.
Candidates for temporary positions
If you are applying for a temporary position, in addition to the information as detailed for Candidate for permanent positions above, as part of your placement we ask for and store additional information concerning your:
- Right to work (UK government approved document)
- Next of kin details
- Criminal records
- Disabilities
We share your details with prospective employers only when they express interest in talking with you further about the position. If you do fill a temporary position, then we share your information with our payroll provider QuestPay. Do review their privacy policy for how they store and process your personal data.
Until you have found a position we will use your contact information to communicate with you about positions available and also check we have the most up to date information about you.
We retain your information only as long as required. This is
- for six years after the end of your placement, or six months if the position is filled by someone else.
- for communicating with you until you find a placement, when you no longer wish to hear from us we rely on you to tell us so and, when you do, we will mark your record accordingly.
Clients
For those of you who are looking to fill a position within your company we store your contact information (name, business email address and telephone number). We use this to supply you with candidates for the roles and to send you regular newsletters. We retain your information for as long as you are at the company.
Should you wish to not receive our newsletters you may unsubscribe at any time. Details on how to do so are provided within each newsletter sent.
Just visiting our website
We do not collect any of your personal data unless you specifically supply it.
Our websites include hyperlinks to, and details of, third party websites. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy policies of third parties.
