Our client based in Tadley are looking for a Welder Fabricator to join their growing team!

Welder Fabricator Roles and Responsibilities:

Fabricate and weld components for architectural metalwork and structural steelwork according to specifications and quality standards
Accurately interpret and work from technical and engineering drawings
Perform MIG and TIG welding, along with cutting, drilling, grinding, and finishing tasks as required
Assemble fabricated parts and prepare them for site installation
Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout all stages of work
Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery and installation
Undertake additional duties as directed by management to support team and project needs

Welder Fabricator Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in architectural metalwork and/or structural steelwork (essential)
Skilled in metal fabrication and welding processes, including MIG and TIG
Confident in reading and interpreting technical/engineering drawings with precision
High attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering quality workmanship
Willingness to travel to various client sites as needed

Welder Fabricator Working Hours and Benefits:

40 hours per week
