We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder, on a contract basis, to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company!

Contract Welder Responsibilities

• Hold recognised welding qualifications and be competent in welding Titanium Grade 2 material.
• Experienced in welding 29mm thick Titanium Grade 2 plate.
• Experienced in welding 50mm diameter Titanium Grade 2 pipe.
• Be capable of producing high-quality, consistent welds in line with approved welding procedures and specifications (WPS).
• Be able to interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols and technical specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.

Contract Welding Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience welding Titanium Grade 2.
• Relevant and current welding qualifications covering the required material thickness and pipe diameter.
• Experience working to stringent quality and inspection requirements.
