An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client’s team, based in Bourton-on-the-Water.

Warehouse Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and carry out the daily pick and pack of e-commerce, wholesale, and corporate orders, ensuring all products are presented to a high standard
  • Accurately check in all incoming products in accordance with financial and purchasing procedures
  • Prepare and dispatch deliveries to retail locations efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct regular stock takes and collaborate with the stock control team to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure all goods meet quality standards before reaching the end customer
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment at all times
  • Load and unload deliveries as required

Warehouse Supervisor Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • A valid Forklift Counterbalance licence is desirable – however, training can be provided for the right candidate
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
