Our client, a reputable and long-standing electronics manufacturer, is looking for a skilled Soldering Operator to become a valuable addition to their expanding team!

Soldering Operator Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform flow soldering and hand placement of components
Crop and operate flow solder machines efficiently
Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
Monitor machine performance throughout production runs
Load and unload PCBs before and after soldering
Inspect solder joints to ensure quality standards are met
Record inspection results and maintain production documentation

Soldering Operator Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in flow soldering is essential
Skilled in hand component placement, cropping, and flow solder machine operation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Soldering Operator Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:15 (Flexible)
Friday, 07:30 – 12:00
