Our well established client based in Lutterworth are looking for a Software Engineer to join their growing team!
Software Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participating in code reviews with constructive feedback
- Working with database SQL and data manipulation
- Writing clean, efficient, and code to industry best practices
- Working with the Control and Software Engineers in Python and MATLAB to ensure implementation of overall project requirements
- Use front-end web app GUI to interface with back-end software
- Work on the development of software for a range of technologies and products relating to electric, fuel-cell and hydrogen powertrain systems
- Use front-end web app GUI for user to control the generation
Software Engineer Ideal Candidate:
- Have degree knowledge of Software Engineering
- 5 years or more experience within Software Engineering and Automotive industry
- Knowledge of front-end developer
- Familiar with browser testing and debugging
- Work with back-end Software Engineers operating in MATLAB / Python
- Understanding of code versioning tools
