£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

Are you a Site Manager from a residential background looking to join a bespoke, high end residential developer that prides themselves on delivering bespoke projects to a very high standard?

Does the idea of working for a company that solely works on bespoke residential projects interest you? Would you like to work on projects that are purposely designed for a certain type of clientele that don’t see cost as an issue?

As a company they work on some very prestigious developments that are specced to the highest quality. These can be either new builds or complete renovations. Specific projects range from Grade II Listed properties to Modern development. As previously mentioned, they pride themselves on delivering these bespoke projects to a very high standard, it is due to this that has allowed them to gain a reputation for being an exceptional company to work for and for clients to use.

Within this role as a Site Manager, you will need experience of delivering high end developments, this can be either on a bespoke basis, or even small sites consisting of 2-8 units. Projects will be within the Wiltshire and Cotswold region. A clean driving license and valid CSCS & SMSTS is also essential.

This role will be ideal for a Site Manager wanting to work on some projects where your focus isn’t how quickly you can build something, its how well you can build it. No 2 projects will ever be the same within this role.

  • Residential Site Manager
  • Valid driving license, CSCS and SMSTS
  • Wanting to work on some very high-end, prestigious developments in Wiltshire and the Cotswold
