Are you a site Manager or even an Assistant Site Manager from a commercial background looking to work for a company that has a very strong pipeline of project work?

Do you like the idea of working for a busy regional contractor that has a proven record of allowing people to develop their careers by offering good paths for progression.

As a Site Manager, you will have experience of delivering commercial projects on time and to a high standard. You will have a keen eye for detail and must take pride in your work. A valid CSCS and SMSTS card will be required for this role, as will a valid driving license.

Within this role, your key responsibility will be to take a new £4m project from concept to completion. You will be expected to deliver this on time and to the highest standards.

If you have experience of being a number 1 on a commercial build development or even as a very experienced Assistant Site Manager and want to work for a busy regional contractor then I would be very keen to hear from you. 

The Person:

• Senior Site Manager, Site Manager or even an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking to become a Site Manager
• CSCS & SMSTS card holder
• £45,000 - £55,000 + Company benefits   
• New build commercial build experience
