Our client based in Abingdon is looking for a Site Fitter to join their team!
Site Fitter Roles and Responsibilities:
- Installation of stainless-steel piping systems and associated products on client sites
- Working collaboratively with a welding and fabrication team
- Assisting in the workshop with fabrication, assembly, and preparation for site work
- Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality and safety standards
- Representing the company professionally while working on customer sites
Site Fitter Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a mechanical or engineering environment is advantageous
- A strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude are essential
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Site Fitter Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday – Thursday, 07:30 / 08:00 – 16:00 / 16:30
- Friday, 07:30 / 08:00 – 12:30 / 13:00
- Overtime and overnight allowances paid at enhanced rates
- Cycle to work scheme
- On-site parking
