As a company, they specialise in the commercial build sector. As a result of a strong pipeline of projects within education, student accommodation, commercial office, healthcare and leisure they are now looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor where they can deliver some projects to a high standard.

The specific project I am recruiting for is a £7.5m development in the Bristol area. They are seeking someone who has project experience of commercial build developments over the value range of £6m.
