Our Client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join them on a part-time basis (22.5hrs a week).
Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain ongoing trusting customer relationships
- Customer retention
- Completing Upselling and Cross selling initiatives
- Quotation and order entry
- Incoming and outgoing calls
- Web order portal support
- Keeping customers updated with new products and service offerings
- Maintenance of systems including ProfitPlus and Hubspot CRM
- Contribute to marketing and supply chain
- Attend customer/exhibition visits
Sales Assistant Ideal Candidate:
- Strong customer service and sales experience
- Great communication skills and high level telephone etiquette
- Able to manage workloads
- Ability to work well within a team
Sales Assistant Hours:
- Monday to Friday 11:30 - 16:30
