We are looking for self-sufficient and motivated individual to join a company with over 40 years’ experience in the specialist design, development, and production of machinery.

Sales & Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry and maintaining records
  • Managing a Field Service Engineer, route planning, liaising with the customer collecting details, booking hotels, and liaising with the FSE
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate sales-related activities, including order processing, invoicing, and shipping arrangements
  • Maintain and update the customer database and ensure data accuracy
  • Handle customer complaints or issues, seeking resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and customer interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and sales materials for client meetings
  • Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors for repairs and supplies

The Ideal Sales and Office Coordinator Will Have:

  • Experience in administrative support or sales coordination is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records and data
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to dynamic work environments
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude to handle customer inquiries and concerns

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 17:15pm
  • Fridays – 8:00am – 15:00pm
