Our client based in Bourton on the Water are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team!
Sales Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accurately print and process customer orders
- Handle incoming calls and assist with customer service enquiries
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Generate and issue invoices for customer order
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and communications
- Liaise with internal departments
Sales Administrator Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a positive attitude
- Full training will be provided
