We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team, no experience needed and a great opportunity to progress!

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment consultants in identifying and attracting talented engineering and manufacturing candidates.

Your primary responsibilities will include candidate sourcing, pre-screening, and assisting with the overall recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or further their career in recruitment.

Recruitment Resourcer Candidate:

• Highly motivated and the “want” to be successful!
• Customer service or sales experience highly desirable
• Administrative experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• PC literate including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc) essential

Recruitment Resourcer Working Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
