Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships
- Attracting and onboarding new clients through marketing, business development, and networking
- Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
- Develop a strong recruitment strategy, both in terms of finding clients and individual client resourcing needs
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between the client and the candidate
- Offering CV, interview, and general career advice
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Meeting or beating targets for bringing new business leads or billings
