Our client, a global electronics manufacturing company, are recruiting for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join their team. They are looking for an individual to promote continuous growth within their customer focused engineering project management team!

Programme Lead Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for and support the Programme and Engineering teams
  • Hold accountability for their engineering programme and manufacturing improvements
  • Provide key inputs for the production planning process with customer experience at the heart
  • Create and deploy customer engagement plans for improving the customer experience
  • Communicate with major stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain outstanding customer relationships done so through regular face to face contact
  • Ensure that all activities are done to meet or improve upon budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets
  • Complying with company health & safety policies and company standard operating procedures

The Ideal Programme Lead Will:

  • Be educated to degree level with an Engineering, Project Management or Lean Skills are desirable
  • Proven experience within a similar position at a similar level (Electronics Industry is desirable)
  • Be able to build and sustain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Professional and confident communicator (written and verbal) at all levels
  • Can demonstrate their ability to negotiate, persuade and influence at a senior level, both externally and internally
  • Commercially astute and customer focused
  • Data driven with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively in fast paced environment
  • Strong IT skills. Microsoft office, Power BI is a bonus!
