Our client specialises in design and manufacture of high-quality products for Aerospace and Maritime industries.

They are seeking a highly motivated and well-organised individual to join their expanding team in the role of Production Supervisor.

Production Supervisor Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to support efficient production operations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following processes and procedures
  • Works well as part of a team to ensure a smooth and consistent production flow

Production Supervisor Duties:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day assembly operations, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and in line with established procedures
  • Maintain accurate traceability throughout the production process to support quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and legal standards
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members on assembly techniques and equipment use
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues with manufacturing equipment, coordinating repairs to minimise disruption
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall product quality

Production Supervisor Experience and Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage and optimise assembly or manufacturing environments, ensuring efficiency and adherence to processes
  • Strong understanding of traceability requirements within a production setting
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
  • Experience training, mentoring, and developing team members on equipment and assembly procedures
  • Good mechanical aptitude, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement, with experience supporting initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

Permanent full-time Electronics Technician position. 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm Fridays.
