They are seeking a highly motivated and well-organised individual to join their expanding team in the role of Production Supervisor.
Production Supervisor Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to support efficient production operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following processes and procedures
- Works well as part of a team to ensure a smooth and consistent production flow
Production Supervisor Duties:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day assembly operations, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and in line with established procedures
- Maintain accurate traceability throughout the production process to support quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and legal standards
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members on assembly techniques and equipment use
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues with manufacturing equipment, coordinating repairs to minimise disruption
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall product quality
Production Supervisor Experience and Skills:
- Proven ability to manage and optimise assembly or manufacturing environments, ensuring efficiency and adherence to processes
- Strong understanding of traceability requirements within a production setting
- Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Experience training, mentoring, and developing team members on equipment and assembly procedures
- Good mechanical aptitude, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement, with experience supporting initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
Permanent full-time Electronics Technician position. 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm Fridays.
