Our client, is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join their growing team.
They specialise in design, engineer and manufacture lights for Aerospace, Maritime and the contract market.
Production Manager roles and responsibilities:
- Allocation of work to Team
- Ensure good efficient flow of work
- Promoting a good team atmosphere
- Resolving production issues ensuring efficient working
- Training team members on production and quality processes
- Reviewing and improving processes
- Highlighting component shortages
- Team member appraisals
- Picking components
- Inspection (components)
- Product Testing
The ideal Production Manager will have:
- Experience of working in a manufacturing company
- Experience of working to a ISO 9001 system and processes (Ideally experience AS9100)
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work to time pressures and targets
- Able to plan own workload
- Good communication skills
- Team Player
Working hours:
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday – 08:00 – 17:00
