Our client is an independent, family-owned manufacturing business established for over 30 years. They are actively recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Production Manager to join the team!
Production Manager Main Duties:
- Overseeing the production area, ensuring complete efficiency
- Managing a team of 25 staff
- Implementing and maintaining production / manufacturing processes
- Reporting to the directors
Production Manager Person Specification:
- Proven track record within a similar role
- Strong engineering / manufacturing background (electronics or mechanical)
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Previous experience in the use of ERP/MRP systems or similar
