We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Assembler to join our client in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

PCB Assembler Roles and Responsibilities:

Assemble and solder PCB assemblies in line with customer specifications and internal build standards
Read and interpret technical drawings, circuit diagrams and build instructions
Carry out through-hole and/or surface mount soldering to a high standard
Inspect completed PCB assemblies to ensure they meet required quality standards
Maintain high levels of quality and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and delivery targets
Use hand tools, soldering equipment and measuring tools accurately
Follow company procedures, health & safety regulations and environmental standards
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives

PCB Assembler Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience within PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing
Experience with soldering and assembling electronic components
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and build instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good hand skills and a careful, methodical approach to work
Experience with through-hole and/or surface mount components would be advantageous

Friday, 07:45 - 15:15
