Our client, a well-established and highly reputable company based in Malmesbury, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Paint Sprayer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and forward-thinking business that takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Paint Sprayer Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare machinery parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming surfaces
  • Mask and protect areas not requiring paint using appropriate materials
  • Apply primer, base coat, and topcoat using spray guns and other tools
  • Select suitable paints based on materials, specifications, and desired finish
  • Set up, operate, and maintain spray painting equipment
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure paint finishes meet quality standards
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

Paint Sprayer Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a similar paint spraying role
  • Solid knowledge of paint types, mixing, and application techniques
  • Ability to read and understand technical and engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes

Paint Sprayer Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday, 07:50 – 17:00
  • Friday – 07:50 – 12:00
  • Overtime available
