Our client based in Hungerford are looking for a Paint Prepper to join their growing team.

Paint Prepper Roles and Responsibilities:

Sanding and filing components
Polishing surfaces to a high standard
Preparing composite surfaces ready for paint application
Ensuring all parts meet quality standards before passing to the painter
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Paint Prepper Ideal Candidate:

Practical hands-on experience in sanding, preparation, or finishing work
Good attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently to deadlines

Paint Prepper Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:00
Friday, 07:30 – 13:00
40 hours a week
