Our well-established client based in Hungerford is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their team!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry is a big part of the role
- Putting orders onto the system
- Sending conformation emails
- Coordinate between departments including finance, purchasing, and operations
- Interact with customers at all stages of the purchase process including follow-ups
- Dealing with customer queries
- Work alongside a member of the sales team to be full involved all aspects
- Provide a specific tailored service
The ideal Candidate will:
- Experience in a administrator role
- Strong IT Skills
- Knowledge of the Sage database (desirable)
- Good telephone skills
- Attention to detail
- Full UK Driving License + own transport is essential due to the location
