Our client is a precision engineering company, looking to expand their team by hiring a CNC Operator!
Roles and Responsibilities:

Operating a number of Puma and Doosan Lynx machines
-
Producing components to ISO9001 Quality Standard
-
Interpreting and understanding engineering drawings
-
Following work instruction sheets to aid operating
-
Utilising Fanuc Operating Systems
-
Tip / Cutter change
-
Offset Adjustments
-
Tolerance Control
-
Quality inspection of own work
-
5S and maintaining a good standard of housekeeping and cleanliness
-
Adhering to Health & Safety
Ideal Candidate:
-
Manual machining experience (Desirable)
-
Experience with Mazak (Desirable)
-
Adept with Fanuc Operating Systems
-
Engineering / Manufacturing background
-
CNC Machining experience
