Our well-established client based in Trowbridge are looking for a Mechanical assembly technician to join their growing team.
Mechanical Assembly Technician Role and responsibilities:
- Mechanical assembly of Robots and their ancillaries
- Assembling products to a high standard and to projected completion dates
- Workshop to operate in a clean, tidy and organised environment
- Using experience and knowledge to identify faults and eliminate reoccurrences
- Rework and/or repairing assembled products according to engineering specification changes.
Mechanical Assembly Technician skills and knowledge:
- An engineering background, preferably in an automotive environment
- Proven experience with a small production and/or assembly team
- Demonstrable mechanical component assembly experience
- Computer literacy and a sound understanding of the Office 365 suite
- Knowledge or understanding of tolerances
Mechanical Assembly Technician way of working and benefits:
- 7:30am – 3.30pm
- Monday – Friday
