Our client a well-established and growing client are looking for a skilled Laminator to join them!

Laminator Roles and Responsibilities:

Gel Coat application (hand gel and spray)
Carry out Mould tool preparation and application of release systems
Maintain the mould tools and prepare parts ready for laminating
Use a range of hand tools to complete work
Facilitate the application of coat
Identify any lamination defects and report these
Ensure that the work area is clean and safe, abiding by the companies health and safety policy
Complete necessary documents to ensure components are tracked
Liaise across department as and when required to support accurate documentation, process controls and components

The ideal Laminator will:

Have experience with hand laminating and knowledge of closed moulding techniques
Knowledge of GRP laminating and associated processes including those mentioned above which may include trimming and grinding
Good understanding of quality processes
2+ years’ experience gained within the Marine, Aerospace, Automotive or other quality driven industry is preferrable

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday
07:00 – 15:00 (30 mins break)
