Internal Sales Manager

£25,000 - £28,000 Per Annum
Our long-standing and growing client are seeking a passionate and motivated and individual to join their internal customer accounts team, playing a vital role in the continued growth and success of the company.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for looking after a range of customers’ requirements; from handling enquiries, raising new and repeat jobs through to stock management. The role requires effective communication both internally and externally to ensure each customer requirement is delivered on time and to the required specification.
You will also be involved in new projects and product launches which will involve liaising with artwork agencies, the manufacturer and retailers
Sales Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
- Raising customer orders and progress all orders through to delivery
- Liaise between customers and studio for approvals
- Build & enhance relationship with customers
- Manage customer complaints
- Maintain internal sales processes
- Customer stock management
- Support for external sales team
- Handle new sales enquires
- Estimating
The Ideal Sales Manager Will:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Be organised and focused with good attention to detail is essential
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 08:30 – 17:30
