HR & Volunteer Engagement Administrator

Our client is recruiting for an experienced HR & Volunteer Engagement Administrator to join their growing team!

HR & Volunteer Engagement Administrator roles and responsibilities:

  • Supporting the HR & Volunteer Engagement Manager in delivery of routine HR administration, including onboarding, induction and probationary monitoring
  • Assisting with recruitment of permanent and temporary staff
  • Administration of the volunteer 'lifecycle' including registrations
  • Working with the Volunteer Project Coordinator on the preparation and organisation of volunteer accommodation (including the Team Campsite)
  • Collaborating with a team of volunteers to during the event over the summer period
  • Assist with setting-up and operation of the accommodation office, dealing with any queries, keys etc
  • Other tasks in support of the company and event deliveries  

The ideal HR & Volunteer Engagement Administrator will be:

  • Experience with any of the following software packages is desired: Salesforce, SmartSheet or AllowMe
  • IT literate
  • Knowledge of recruitment practices and processes

Role details:

  • Fixed term contract until 21/07/23
  • 36.25 hours per week. Part time will be considered for the right candidate
