Our client is a well-respected Engineering firm. They are a growing company and it’s an exciting time to join!
Mechanical Inspector roles and responsibilities:
- Ensure products & final release documentation are supplied to customers defect free
- Making sure where unavoidable errors occur, they are detected as early as possible during the manufacturing process and not at the pre-treatment or final inspection stage
- Record & report all internal & supplier defects
- Ensure the KANBAN process flow is un-interrupted and required delivery schedule [per specified dates/day] is supported
- Conduct inspection operations within the KANBAN manufacturing facility
Mechanical Inspector Ideal Candidate will:
- Be able to conduct good inspections
- Experience in final inspections of deliveries
- Worked on identifying and reporting non confirming products and arranging rework
- Prior experience in booking in sub-contract parts
- Used a range of hand tools to ensure work is being produced to a high standard
- Worked on ensuring the process flow is un-interrupted and the required delivery schedule is supported
Working hours & Benefits:
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
