An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join a well-established engineering organisation based in the Farnborough area.
Electrician Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on industrial equipment and systems
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely
- Test, inspect, and commission electrical installations
- Work with motors, drives, control panels, and associated equipment
- Support electrical upgrade and improvement projects
- Contribute to improvements in equipment reliability and operational performance
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current regulations and health & safety requirements
- Complete relevant documentation and certification
Electrician Ideal Candidate:
- Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within the pump industry
- Strong background in industrial electrical installation and maintenance
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of electrical compliance and safe working practices
- Full UK driving licence
