Our well-established client based in Cinderford are looking for an experienced Design Engineer join their busy team.
Design Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creating 2D and 3D models and engineering drawings
- Use AutoCAD in conjunction with various CNC programs to help with the production of sheet metal laser – cut
- Work closely with other departments to meet specifications
- Apply 2D and 3D CAD modelling to complex designs
- Provide design solutions
Design Engineer Ideal Candidate:
- 2D and 3D CAD experience (5+ years)
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s
- Hold a degree qualification in an engineering or design related subject (Advantage)
- Experience working in steel manufacturing
Design Engineer Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
- 30-minute lunch break
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
- On site parking
- Company pension
