Customer Service Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a small customer service team
- Distributing daily tasks to team members
- Assisting the head of the department to ensure team members meet goals
- Be the first point of contact for customer issues
- Contribute to the recruitment and training of new team members
- Prepare reports on trends and team performance for senior management
- Have knowledge of all new products to provide accurate information to customers
Customer Service Supervisor Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a customer service
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment
Customer Service Supervisor Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
- May be required to work a Saturday in busier / seasonal times
