Our client based in Fariford is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their busy team!

Customer Service Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Raising customer orders and progress all orders through to delivery
  • Manager customer complaints
  • Liaise between customers and other departments
  • Managing the team and monitoring progress

Customer Service Manager Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Manager
  • Good IT Skills

Customer Service Manager Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 09:00 17:30
