Our well established client based in Fairford are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing company.
Customer Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Responding to customer emails
- Using internal database
- Answering customer queries
- Liaising with other departments
- Ensuring all databases are up to date
Customer Service Advisor Ideal Candidate:
- Previous customer service and administrative experience
- Good verbal and non verbal communication skills
- Be IT literate – Excel and Word
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
Customer Service Advisor Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
