Our client based in Fairford is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Customer Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Dealing with customer queries and providing excellent customer service
- Booking couriers for warehouse dispatch
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring all spreadsheets are kept up to date
- Carrying out regular stock takes and counts
- Assisting in the warehouse two days per week
Customer Service Advisor Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Customer Service Advisor Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
