Our client, a leader in their industry are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join them as a Customer Representative! In this role you will play a pivotal role in building relationships, client base and promoting a range of engineering solutions!

Customer Representative Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries, via the phone and online forms
- Handling of the enquiry including gathering all relevant information to produce quotations
- Pro-actively follow up quotations/estimates
- Coordinate with internal teams, including service technicians, trainers, and spare parts specialists, to address client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate closely with senior sales representatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities related to, training, servicing, hire fleet, and spare parts
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to introduce our range of products and services
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure their needs are met effectively
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients
- Manage and update CRM software with accurate records

- Review and analyse sales KPIs, detailing sales activities such as calls made, emails sent, meetings scheduled, and product demonstrations conducted
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards using CRM software or other analytics tools
Customer Representative candidate will:
- Good customer service experience
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service within the manufacturing industry (preferred)
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for trade shows etc.
- Hold a Full UK License and access to own transport (due to location)
Customer Representative Working hours
- Monday – Thursday: 08:00 to 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 to 15:00
