Are you looking for a Contracts Manager position within a bespoke residential developer that specialises in very high end residential properties as well as renovating listed buildings?

As a company they work on some very prestigious developments that are to the highest quality. These can be either new builds or complete renovations. Specific projects range from Grade II Listed properties to Modern developments. As previously mentioned, they pride themselves on delivering these bespoke projects to a very high standard, it is due to this that has allowed them to gain a reputation for being an exceptional company to work for and for clients to use.
Within this role as a Contracts Manager, you will need experience of overseeing multiple high end developments. You will be expected to oversee and deliver multiple projects usually £2-£4m each. In total, you could have £6-8m worth of projects under your supervision. Projects will be within the Wiltshire and Cotswold region. A clean driving license is essential.
This role will be ideal for a Contracts Manager wanting to work on some projects where your focus isn’t how quickly you can build something, its how well you can build it. No 2 projects will ever be the same within this role.
