Composite Trimmer Roles and Responsibilities:

Trimming, fitting, and finishing composite tools and components with precision
Assembling jigs and fixtures to support production requirements
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions to meet project deadlines
Inspecting finished components for surface defects and quality issues
Performing tool maintenance and supporting Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) activities
Contributing to ongoing 5S and Lean manufacturing initiatives

Composite Trimmer Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Composite Fitter or Laminator
Confident interpreting engineering drawings
Solid understanding of composite structures
Skilled in using manual measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Highly organised, reliable, and able to work independently
Positive, proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
