We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner – Programmer / Setter / Operator to join a well-established precision engineering business in Kidlington.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong CNC turning experience who enjoys working with high-quality components, engineering drawings and tight tolerances.

CNC Turner Roles and Responsibilities:

Programming, setting and operating CNC multi-axis lathes
Manufacturing precision-engineered components to customer drawings and specifications
Carrying out manual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Working with a range of metals and engineering materials
Maintaining accurate documentation and following workplace procedures
Operating multiple machines where required

CNC Turner Ideal Candidate:

Experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes
Good knowledge of Fanuc machine controls
Experience manufacturing high-precision components to fine tolerances
Able to read and work from engineering drawings
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
A reliable team player with a positive and professional attitude

CNC Turner Working Hours and Benefits:

Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
20 days' annual leave, increasing to 25 days after one year's service, plus bank holidays.
