Our client, a reputable and growing company based in Swindon, is looking for an experienced Cable Assembler to join their dynamic team.

Cable Assembler Roles and Responsibilities:

Assemble cables and wire harnesses to required specifications
Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings
Use a variety of hand tools including crimpers, wire strippers, and soldering irons
Perform soldering and crimping tasks to a high standard
Carry out quality control inspections and ensure all products meet required standards
Operate testing equipment to ensure functionality and compliance
Maintain production targets and adhere to customer specifications

Cable Assembler Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in electronics or cable assembly is essential
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Confident with soldering and crimping techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to work independently and as part of a team
