Our well-established client based in Swindon are looking for an Administrator to join their growing team!
Administrator Role and Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound and outbound calls
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Daily inbox management
- Raising purchase orders as required
- Supporting project teams with travel, including transportation and accommodation
- Managing the site intercom and accept any incoming deliveries to Reception, meeting and visitor management
- Assisting with sending out orders made on online bookshop
- IT Literate
- Experience within Administration
- Good Customer Service Skills
Administrator Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 17:00
- Friday 8:30 - 16:30
