Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:
- General office duties including photocopying, filing, scanning and answering phone calls
- Assist in the maintaining of volunteer records, training logs and certificates
- Use of Microsoft 365, Word, Excel and SharePoint
- Support the business Co-Ordinator
- Follow all data protection procedures
- Support public events three times a year
Administrator Ideal Candidate:
- Good IT skills, skilled within Microsoft packages
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Knowledge of data protection and record keeping
- Work accurately
- Work well within a team and use own initiative
Administrator Working Hours
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday – 10:00 – 14:00
